Developing tech propositions across borders

Our client, a leading Smart Home Technology brand, wanted to explore potential for a new offer which would work in three different countries on two continents, involving four potential service delivery partners and an optimum blend of up to 7 fairly novel component parts. A research process which used 'trading cards'  allowed us to fully explore consumers’ appetite for each of the potential component parts, and to understand what role they would play in an optimal overall proposition - their own dream package.  The project outputted a clear and consistent winner and a strong indication of likely levels of takeup across the three launch markets.
