European Launch
During the Summer KSBR was appointed to run possibly the most important new-car positioning and product evaluation project that Hyundai has yet conducted: for the replacement to its hugely successful i30 model. In the UK, Spain and Germany we've worked with over 250 consumers to help the company get the new car's positioning exactly right. Launching as you read this at the Frankfurt Motor Show. |

Finally, our new website!
We still don't fully understand why it takes so long to make a website but we suspect it's our fault as awkward clients and not the web designers – either way, we're glad it's finished! We're thrilled with the results too and really grateful to everyone who provided endorsements and approved case histories. Enjoy hours of happy browsing at www.ksbr.co.uk! |

Identity
A new look for a new era. Following from diagnostic brand work conducted by KSBR in the earlier part of the year and directly involving most of the main Board, we helped Carphone Warehouse to put the finishing touches to its new corporate identity and advertising campaign during the summer, working with consumers not just in the UK but for its Phone House brand in mainland Europe as well. |

The National Trust
For the second year running, KSBR has been commissioned to conduct the National Trust's Annual Member Survey. This prestigious survey helps the UK's biggest non-commercial membership organization understand what makes its members tick. Despite rumours of October snow we're crossing our fingers for better weather than last year - we can do without the blizzards' impact on the post! |

Whitbread
We've been delighted to help Whitbread with proposition and brand development research on no fewer than three of their pub / restaurant businesses since the Spring. It's a challenging time for discretionary-spend and leisure businesses and it's been interesting to study how people make decisions under financial constraint.. |

'Not such a' New Client
Those who remember Guy Weston Smith (KSBR 2002 - 2005) will be intrigued to know that, since his move to design innovation agency Inprocess in Paris, he hasn't just got himself a French apartment, a beautiful French wife and two lovely French children, he's also become a KSBR client! We've just completed the UK leg in a global workplace study with Guy and his team. |

All in all, it's been a great year for us so far and we hope it has for you too.
Whether you're excited about the opportunities presented by our Olympic Year, anxious to avoid the repercussions of Eurozone wobble, excited about the next wave of comms technology or worried about urban unrest you're going to need to stay close to what your consumers need.
We hope we can help you generate some insight that will translate directly into energy! |
