Our vision is to grow our business with care and quality:

In-house, we are guided by 5 key values:

1. Honour your colleagues - Share your ideas. To be inspirational for our clients we must first be inspirational for each other. Listen to your colleagues - even when you're busy. Use their ideas & their perspectives to help open up new angles. Give them your ideas and creativity freely in return.

2.
Listen to your hunches. Seemingly small instincts about brands and consumers create marketing breakthroughs for our clients. That's why we use research not simply as a measuring stick but as a stimulus to generating ideas in the first place. Value your instincts and allow them to come to the surface. Try to generate lots of ideas, not just one!

3.
Be frank: Clients don't pay us to be yes-men! So don't be tempted to put a palatable gloss over a tricky issue and don't lapse into marketing jargon. Be diplomatic, but tell it like it is.

4.
Bring it to life: Consumers never see the strategy - they judge a brand by the colour and quality of the execution. So strategic advice without executional insight is only half the job. We always try to illustrate how our strategic recommendations can be delivered with panache - this is part of the value that we add.

5.
Don't settle for 'enough': It's easy to fall ardently in love with your last idea or to become over-zealous about one pet theory. Be restless, not complacent: keep interrogating your own thinking to check that it holds water and to push for an even stronger solutions.
