KSBR was founded by John Scott & Jem Keen, two ex-agency Account Planners disillusioned with the kind of boring, bland research which tells you ‘what people said’ but can’t help you decide what to do about it. We believe that research has to be fashioned around the client and the issues - not just done by rote using the same old ‘ black box’ approach every time.

Areas of work:

Pretty much anything from chocolate to cocaine!  (We have actually done research into both, believe it or not - though not at the same time!)  However, in our business we currently have four main focal market areas:

Increasingly international.  We’ve managed multi-country projects which have reached as far afield as India, China, Australia & South America via a truly global network of experienced & like-minded partner agencies.
